MediaFlow collects the account, billing, authentication, API usage, credit transaction, and support data needed to operate the website, dashboard, and paid AI services.

- Billing data handled by Stripe, including customer and subscription identifiers. MediaFlow does not store full payment card details.

4. Desktop app processing
Local desktop media operations are designed to run on the user's device. Hosted AI features and API calls may transmit the necessary media or text inputs to service providers for processing.
