Terms of Service

Terms and conditions for using MediaFlow accounts, desktop tooling, subscriptions, credits, and API services.

Last updated: April 30, 2026

1. Use of the service

MediaFlow provides a desktop multimedia toolkit, account dashboard, billing features, credit management, and API endpoints. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Subscriptions and credits

Paid subscriptions include monthly credits for eligible AI features and API usage. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs are available only to active subscribers and do not expire while your account remains active.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use MediaFlow to infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, credit accounting, or payment controls.
  • Do not submit malicious files, abusive requests, or content that violates applicable law.

4. API access

API access may be limited by plan, credit balance, and rate limits. We may reject, throttle, or suspend API usage that threatens reliability, security, or compliance.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal. Access to paid features generally continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law or platform policy.

6. Limitation of liability

MediaFlow is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediaFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
