1. Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
2. Refund eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may consider refunds for duplicate charges, accidental purchases, service unavailability, or billing errors.
3. Credits
- Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and are not refundable.
- Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account remains active.
- Credits already consumed by AI processing or API usage are not refundable except where required by law.
4. How to request a refund
Contact support@mediaflow-toolkit.app with your account email, charge date, amount, and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional details to verify the transaction.
5. Account deletion
Deleting an account may permanently remove access to remaining purchased credits after any required grace period. Cancel active subscriptions before requesting deletion.
